#9 Finding Feeds

I have 15 delightful feeds, click on my bloglines link and you will see what an interesting sites I have got. I use google to search the websites, and click on the RSS link or the orange symbol on the top toolbar (some do not have the RSS links) and I found this method pretty easy to get the sites added to my bloglines.

#8 Make life "really simple" with RSS & a newsreader

Well I have just created my bloglines account (another accounts added to all those existing accounts, my Lord how am I to remember all the usernames and passwords!!)

RSS (“Really Simple Syndication”) should omit the word "simple" because as far as I am concern it's not that simple. I find it so confusing, complicated (just me) and I don't really like it and at this time i won't be using it until I know more about it and how to use it (still reading it - probably the 100th times!!!!). HELP!!

Many hours later

RSS - well with the help and patience from a staff member (should I give out name) and also by doing it together with the others it does pay off. I think I will put back the word "simple" as I do find it simple enough to have fun doing it. It's fun and it's an easy way to link me to my favourite sites and to other bloggers. And I managed to have just over ten added to my bloglines (wow, great job, thanks to me!!!) http://www.bloglines.com/public/Chrisbx

#11 All about LibraryThing

Ah the library thing - at first I was confused but as i read things through I understand it. I find it interesting and am so excited that I can actually create my own virtual library, add stocks and I can search the books by titles, authors and in most cases I found them. I must admit there're lots to learn about this library things (the fine details that I can add!!) but later when I get better at it. http://www.librarything.com/catalog/chrisbx08

#10 Play around with Image Generators

Hi, here I am (at home) playing around with FD Toy, finally i got it to work. All those i tried asked for an account (not creating another account - too many usernames and passwords to remember!!). This is what I created with FD Flickr http://flickr.com/photos/30363113@N08/3219244833/#preview
I find it quite interesting and fun to be able to create my own billboards, calender etc...

# 6 More Flickr Fun

Flickr Fun- as the name implies, it's fun to use once you have the hang of it. Using FD Toys to create this badge and I also tried using the same for the calender and the billboard which I am not publishing just yet.

# 7 Blog about technology

Google map - since I have discovered this amazing online tool I have used it a lot. I find it most useful especially when I am going to new places. I just google the place and print out the directions to take with me. http://www.whereis.com/ is another one I use. I also use google map if I want to find addresses overseas.
